Theatre Huntsville’s Box office is located in Studio 263 on the Second Floor of Lowe Mill Arts & Entertainment, 2211 Seminole Dr, SW, Huntsville, AL 35805. 

•Box Office Hours: Wednesday - Saturday 12:00pm - 6:00 pm 

•You can call us at 256-536-0807. If you leave a voice mail, we will return your call as soon as possible

•You can also email tickets@theatrehsv.org and we will email you back asap!

•Theatre Huntsville tickets are NOT available for sale at the Von Braun Center Box Office.

•Theatre Huntsville does not use any type or resale or secondary ticket service. Only purchase your tickets via Theatre Huntsville’s box office or website.

•If you need to exchange your tickets to another performance of the same show, please call us at 256-536-0807 24 hours in advance.

•There are no refunds on ticket sales. If a performance is cancelled, we will offer an exchange to another performance.

•Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket, regardless of age, and children must be seated with an adult..

•Unless otherwise noted, we request that children under five, including babies in arms, are not brought to the theatre.

•Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for guests may be removed from the theater without refund.

•Yes! Groups of 10 or more may receive a discount.

•All the tickets must be in one order and paid for in one payment. We cannot accept individual payments for group discounts.

There is no specific dress code for Theatre Huntsville performances. However, some events such as opening nights or fundraisers will draw a dressier crowd. Many of our guests enjoy dressing up to go to the theatre, but you will see people wearing everything from casual for a concert or movie to Sunday best or formal wear for theatrical performance.
